New FMS Start Date

The FMS Transition from PPL to Tempus Unlimited will be pushed back to July 1, 2022

  • The Office of Long-Term Living, the CHC MCOs, HHA and Tempus are dedicated to ensuring the smoothest transition possible so that every worker is paid on time. Every worker and employer has a responsibility to participate in and be ready for the transition.
  • Over the past several months, all parties have been hard at work to ensure implementation of the program is a success and that we communicate often and clearly about the transition, holding five informational sessions and countless trainings.
  • We have received a lot of great feedback from employers, DCWs and advocates during this time.
  • Over the past two weeks, it has become clear that the most prudent course of action would be a 90-day delay of implementation.
